Terms

What this site is

Moleynyapens is an independent editorial index. It describes hotels; it does not represent them. We are not a booking agent, a travel agency, a reseller or an intermediary of any kind, and we have no commercial relationship with the properties described on these pages. Nothing here is an offer, a reservation or a confirmation of anything.

Accuracy

Entries are written in good faith and describe properties in general terms. Hotels change — they renovate, close for a season, change owners, drop facilities and add new ones — and a page written accurately can become inaccurate without anyone doing anything wrong. Treat what you read here as background, and confirm anything that matters directly with the property before you rely on it.

Content may change

We add, rewrite and remove entries as our understanding improves or as circumstances change. No page here is guaranteed to stay as it is, and we do not keep an archive of earlier versions.

Use of the site

You may read, link to and quote briefly from these pages with attribution. Please do not republish entries wholesale, scrape the site in bulk, or present our writing as your own.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from decisions made on the basis of information found here, from errors or omissions in that information, or from the content of any external site we link to.

Gambling

Some hotels listed here include a gaming floor among their facilities. We describe that as a fact about the building. We do not promote gambling, provide access to it, or offer advice about it, and nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to gamble.
